Just half a day walking around in town and I HAVE TO ADMIT! My legs were sore from all the walking and my body was aching all over! Total WORK OUT! Now i know HOW i managed to shed tat extra kilo! ( without me even realising ) I just thought that I was still dreaming so I didn make a cONSCIoUS EfFoRt to move my muscles. This syndrome has actually been proven by scientific research. Apparently, your body was still sleeping while your mind was already awake. Sth lidat la! TGIF!!! I had a DRIVING ADVENTURE on FRIDAY!!! Haahaa! I drove KEVIN's CAR!!!From skool to his place and then to CHANGI AIRPORT!!!Eh... I didn noe I had to release handbrake.Hehe. So malu. I felt like i was having a 2nd TPTest! Louis Tan had to practically sit still in the car cos every movement was distracting me!!! Haahaa. Then, poor louis tan had to pei me while I drove from home to town for MIDNIGHT SHOPPING with SER!!!it was e SECOND time i drove to town!WOOHOO!!!Felt so xing fu!!!NON STOP shopping for like 5hrs!It wasn't enough so we stopped by Downtown East Macs for MILO and fries to continue yakking!!!I didn buy anything cos nothing really CAUGHT my eye!!!But i m so super duper happy for ser cos she bought sth rEEEEEALLLY CHIO!!!SUPER DUPER UBER FABULOUS!!!Haahaa!I had a GREEEEEEAT time ser!!!We should do it for the last time nxt mth!!!! After I graduate, Eventually, In the future? Realistically, any job is fine with me. I am wiling to sacrifice that zero on the pay slip for an interesting job. I am willing to sacrifice first class for budget. Stepping out, I will not be a fusspot. I want a fun and harmonious environment that pays reasonably okay. A perk would be in an industry that is causally related to the media, entertainment, fashion and beauty industry. Somehow, my sixth sense tells me that Artsy people tend to be more fun and less stressed. Dreamily, I want to be an image consultant. I may not have what it takes personally but that shouldn’t deter me from painting a castle on a cloud. I will be contented even if it means to be like our leading lady in the shopaholic series. I would pair my aunt’s shoes with her clothes when she was out, that I was told. My dad, mum and sis come to me for advice on what they should wear. I am definitely not the immaculately well-dressed friend that you know. I am still learning about myself. Fashion faux pas are common to me. But nobody is perfect right? So, Dun laugh when you hear of my aspiration. Laugh if I say my goal was to be a stick thin model strut her stuff down the runway. Well, Fine! Laugh all you want. If I had all the money in the world I would be an immaculate and style icon! If only. Dream dream dream… Okay, Morgan Stanley has a Financial Banking whatever summit annually. So,the Events Company responsible engaged PremierStaff in hiring part-timers for this event. The pay was 10bucks an hour and double on Sundays. Prior to that event, paid trainings would be conducted and we are expected to turn up in smart casual attire. With regards to the event itself, solely black jacket, black skirt or pants and covered black shoes. MIB. Anyway, so Emily told me to send my details to Premierstaff as per normal only to be responded with a full detailed resume in MS-Word format. Like HUH!!! It’s just a corporate event and you need my full resume? Okay, nvm, that was huh#1. Huh#2 came when I was supposed to for an INTERVIEW, dressed smartly, strictly no jeans. Morgan Stanley is really a BIG BIG BIG deal man! I had to borrow my da sao’s striped pants. And I had no suitable shoes so I ended up wearing this pointed mule that gave me 3 bruises and 1 hugely embarrassing moment! Thinking that I was still early, I took a train from Tamp to Pasir Ris only to be informed by the PA sys that the train was to be withdrawn from service. I had no choice but to walk across the platform where another train was already there. As I was walking, the stupid door closing tune came about and I made a dash for it. My pointed mules got caught in the gap between the platform and the train and I fell flat into the train. Yap! I was lying there. My first thought was whether my shoe dropped onto the track. Well, I managed to pick myself up, picked up my shoes, wore them and retreated to a seat without eye contact with any other commuters. Super suay start to a loooong day! But Mich is right, when such embarrassing accidents happen, fret not! This is probably the first and last time they are gonna see you. Even if they do see you subsequently, they will not remember you! That’s right! Anyway, none of the other passengers offered a helping hand, probably ‘cos I was too fast for them. Fine! I was just not pretty enough for them to help me! Haahaa! The interview was fine but I took longer than Louis Tan. Haahaa. I think she took doubly long cos she was trying to validate my PURE CHINESE authenticity. Even after I confirmed I was pure Chinese did not deter her from questioning my parents heritage. The interviewer was really quite funny and cute. She even commented that I had a nice bag! Haahaa. We even talked about my family. Well, I just sincerely hope that louis and I make the cut! We are so willing to skip our lessons just to work!!! HIRE US!!! Bloody is here. Know why this entry is exceptionally loooong? I am Super Duper Uber BORED at work that’s why!
