Started on a new running streak after being spurred on by my parents walking stint at Pasir Ris Park. 6km every day for the past week until I couldn exert the slightest pressure on my right foot. -Poor foot! In defiance/objection towards the heavy load it was coerced upon. BUT, it disappeared MIRACULOUSLY after a night of SAYANG...hehe

And then, i got MIRACULOUSLY SICK=( Nose BLOCK. Ears BLOCK. Heaty chest up. Too cool waist down. I wanted to treat the heatiness with liang teh but when BIG AUNT is here to visit, she will give you hell if you do that... A dilemma within a contradiction!!! Im okie now, I think, except for the blocked ears, Im still not spared from a one ear block @ anytime. =(

Hmmm...cld it be sth dirrrty that traced me home when I went jogging while BLOODY? PRB has its fair share of Jap Soldiers sightings, the infamous lil red house and who knows what else lies within!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Pasir Ris Beach is really a rather short coastline as compared to friend friend ECP, taking up a total 3km, 6km to and fro. But, I guess I prefer it to ECP, simply cos it has a cleaner, newer, peaceful and more open feel to it unlike the more congested and "happening" scene around ECP. Furthermore, it houses a planked- swamp track and unkempt long grass land which are a hit with bird watchers ( I spotted a GORGEOUS ROOSTER!!! Intense emerald and purple feathers! It will make a PERFECT FEATHER DUSTER for the homes of people of the high society! hehe!kidding! )and nature lovers, new and spacious bbq pits with newly fitted BRIGHT WHITE LiGHTS ( gone were the days when night came and you were clueless what you just popped into your mouth ) and diners plopped in the middle of the beach which Im so GG to check out 1 of these days!!!
